  • Non-Refundable: All donations made to the Organization are voluntary and are non-refundable.

  • Third-Party Processor: Donations are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details.

  • Tax Deductibility: The Organization is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization . It is your responsibility to confirm the tax-deductibility of your donation with your tax professional.

6. E-Commerce / Sale of Products

  • Products: The Organization may sell merchandise, informational guides, or other physical or digital products ("Products") via the Website.

  • Pricing: All pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time.

  • Payment: You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

  • Shipping and Returns: All product will be shipped within 5 business days.  If there is any delay, you will be notified and have an opportunity to cancel the order.  Any product may be returned within 14 calendar days

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Organization Content: The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by the Organization, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website strictly in accordance with these T&C for non-commercial personal use.

  • User Contributions: By posting a User Contribution, you grant the Organization and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content. Do not submit any content you do not wish to license to us.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

A. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Organization, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, any content on the Website, or any services or items obtained through the Website. This includes direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, and loss of data.

B. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organization, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these T&C or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website and these T&C, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

We may revise and update these T&C from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised T&C means that you accept and agree to the changes.
